As the first national platform of its kind, the idea of establishing it was initiated by the Al-Hussein Association - the Jordan Center for Training and Comprehensive Integration. The Supreme Council for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities was consulted during the preparatory phase on the issue of establishing the platform. The Council expressed its support for the implementation of the project, due to its adoption and complete conviction in the community development approach.
